Getting Started
Yes. You must be logged into your account online, or provide your email address in-store, for your purchase to be recognised.
Yes. Your Society membership is recognised both online and in any of our Brisbane Boutiques when you shop using your registered email address.
All members, whether new or existing, are invited to enter their date of birth within their Society account to ensure their birthday reward is applied correctly. As part of our new platform, this information must be confirmed directly within your account.
If you believe duplicate accounts may exist under different email addresses, please contact us at customerservice@sachadrake.com so we can review your membership details and advise the best way to assist.
SACHA DRAKE Society tier thresholds are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) as SACHA DRAKE is an Australian brand.
Customers shopping internationally will still earn tier progress and rewards as normal, though tier thresholds on this page remain displayed in AUD.
Points & Rewards
Once you’ve earned enough points, available rewards will appear in your Society dashboard when you’re logged in. Simply select your reward to generate a SACHA DRAKE gift card code, which can be redeemed exclusively online at checkout or presented in one of our Brisbane Boutiques.
Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes or promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
Reward vouchers are valid for 60 days from the date of issue and may be redeemed on full-priced SACHA DRAKE styles only, online or in boutique.
Unless otherwise stated, reward vouchers require a minimum spend of $250 in a single transaction.
Points-to-Reward vouchers have tiered minimum spend requirements, which will be shown when you redeem your points in your Society dashboard.
Reward vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
If an item purchased with a reward is returned, the reward will not be reinstated. Points earned from the purchase will be adjusted accordingly.
Gift Card purchases are excluded from the Society program. Points are not earned when purchasing a Gift Card, and Gift Cards do not contribute toward tier progression. Points are also not earned when a Gift Card is used as payment.
Tiers & Status
Your tier is based on your total spend over a rolling 12-month period. Once your spend reaches the next tier threshold, your status will automatically be upgraded after 14 days.
Tier upgrades and points are confirmed once your order has passed our 14-day returns period. This ensures purchases are finalised before benefits are applied. Once confirmed, your tier and any eligible rewards will update automatically.
Mirra purchases are applied once your order has been finalised and payment has been completed. As with all orders, tier progression and rewards are confirmed after the 14-day returns period has passed. Once confirmed, your Society status and any eligible rewards will update automatically.
Additional Services
The Style Survey is a short questionnaire that allows you to join our SACHA DRAKE Clothing Concierge. By sharing your style, fit, and lifestyle preferences, our Senior Stylist, Henrietta, can curate a personalised monthly wishlist tailored to you.
Society benefits apply exclusively to purchases made directly through SACHA DRAKE - online or in any of our Brisbane Boutiques. Purchases made through third-party retailers or wholesale partners are not eligible.
