• All full priced items must be returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date.
• All sale items must be returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
• The Return Period starts from the delivery date, including items awaiting collection at a postal office. The return window is not extended based on the collection date, and it is the customer's responsibility to collect the item promptly.
• Return shipping is a varied fee and calculated
in the portal. An Invoice will be emailed to you, once paid you can print the
shipping label. Alternately you can choose your own carrier.
• All Outlet items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.

Henrietta advised me to try size 12 in this dress because it has bias cut and I am petite height. I usually buy 14-16 in SD at the moment depending on cut/style. I was suprised to discover that size 12 did fit me best. It accentuates my shape and was not so long on me. The fabric is beautiful. It shimmers. I will really enjoy wearing this dress.
