How it Works

  1. Add to Cart: Use the Try At Home button when adding items to your cart.
  2. Checkout & Payment Hold: We temporarily freeze the full amount on your card to reserve your items. It will show as pending in your account, but not paid. You won’t be charged until you decide to keep the items.
  3. Try at Home: Once your order has been delivered, you will have 3 days to try on the items.
  4. Complete Order: We’ll send you a link through email and SMS to access your Customer Portal, where you can review and complete your order. Simply select the items you’d like to keep and follow the steps to finalise your purchase. You’ll only be charged for the pieces you decide to keep. Please note, if all items are returned, a $15 restocking fee will apply.

Please note: After 3 days, your order will be automatically finalised and charged in full. No returns or changes will be accepted beyond this point.

Whether you're looking to refresh your wardrobe or find the perfect piece for a special occasion, the SACHA DRAKE Try at Home service makes shopping fun, easy, and totally stress-free.

When you use the Try at Home service, you will be asked to provide payment details at checkout. We will then authorise your credit card for the order amount to ensure the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds will be taken from your account at this stage. The authorisation simply holds the potential total cost of the order until you decide which items you want to keep. The charge will appear as pending in your account, but not paid.

You will only be charged for the items you choose to keep after the trial period by finalising your order through the Customer Portal

The Restocking fee is a $15 charge that applies only if you decide to return all items from your order. This fee covers the cost of the service, including shipping, handling, and processing of returns. It is only charged if no items from the order are kept. This fee ensures that we can continue to offer our customers the flexibility to try products at home before committing to a purchase.

Your MIRRA trial period begins the day your items are delivered. From that moment, you have 3 days to try on your pieces and decide which ones you’d like to keep. We encourage you to confirm your selections as soon as possible to ensure a smooth and easy process.

What Happens if I Don’t Act?
We understand life can get busy, but if you don’t confirm or return your items within the 3-day trial period, we’ll automatically charge you for all the items in your order.

Please note:
Once an item is confirmed and paid for either by you through the MIRRA
dashboard or automatically after 3 days it is
considered final sale and cannot
be returned or exchanged
. The MIRRA trial is your opportunity to decide
before committing. Returns are not accepted once items have been confirmed.

Yes, you can use a discount code, but it must be applied at the time of the initial order. Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order details. The discount will be reflected in the final amount you pay for any items you decide to keep.

This service is currently available only in Australia and applies to certain items, excluding sale/outlet products, accessories, and selected brands.

All MIRRA orders, returns, and exchanges must be completed online. These cannot be processed in SACHA DRAKE Brisbane stores.

Try at Home Mirra Customer Portal. You will be able to confirm which items you wish to purchase, and request a return if needed.

How do I return an order with both MIRRA and regular items?

MIRRA items cannot be returned to SACHA DRAKE Brisbane stores.
All MIRRA returns must be completed online via the MIRRA dashboard and returned by post.

If your order includes Try at Home (MIRRA) items and regular
(paid at checkout) items like SALE or ACCESSORIES, your return options are:

1. I’m only returning the paid items

You have:

  • 14 days to return full-priced items
  • 7 days to return SALE items

To do this, email customerservice@sachadrake.com
and we’ll send you a return label.

A $10.81 return shipping fee will apply.

2. I’m returning everything (MIRRA + paid items)

You can return the whole order in one parcel by completing
your MIRRA return through the MIRRA dashboard within 3 days of delivery.

  • You’ll only select the MIRRA items in the dashboard
  • You can include the paid items in the same return parcel
  • Our team will manually check and refund the paid items when they arrive
  • You’ll only be charged the $15 MIRRA return/restocking fee

Note: Using this option means you're agreeing to return all
items within MIRRA’s 3-day window, not the usual 7 or 14 days, in which the order is then considered FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. I want to return MIRRA and paid items separately

You can return them at different times, but you’ll pay for
two labels:

  • $15 for the MIRRA return (via the MIRRA dashboard)
  • $10.81 for the paid items (via our Customer Service team)

MIRRA items must be confirmed or returned within 3 days of
delivery or you will be charged for the items.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Try with Mirra's Try Before You Buy (TBYB) service. When you choose to use our TBYB service, you are agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Methods
1.1 Standard Payment Commitment
By choosing the TBYB service, you are making a commitment to pay for any items you decide to keep. You authorise us to securely store your payment information via Shopify’s payment gateway and to charge your account for the items kept, in accordance with the trial period agreement.

1.2 Pre-Authorisation Payment Method
As an alternative to the standard payment method, some merchants may offer a "pre-authorisation" option.
By selecting this method, you agree that:
A pre-authorisation hold will be placed on your card for the total amount of the order at the time of the transaction. This is not an actual charge, but the amount will be reserved on your card to ensure funds are available.
The pre-authorised amount will be held by your bank and cannot be spent elsewhere; however, it will not be transferred to us until you decide to keep the items and complete your order.
If you choose to return all items within the trial period, the pre-authorisation hold will be released, and funds will return to your available balance according to your bank's policies.
Should you keep any items, the corresponding amount will be charged to your account, and the hold for the remaining items (if any) will be released.

1.3 Refundable Deposit Payment Method

Some merchants may require a refundable deposit for each item ordered.
A refundable deposit is charged upfront for each item and will appear as a paid transaction.
The deposit is applied toward the purchase price of any items you keep.
If items are returned within the trial period, the deposit is refunded to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees.
For kept items, the remaining balance (if any) will be charged, adjusted by the deposit already paid.

2. Trial Period and Order Completion
During your trial period, you will receive notifications to complete your order in our Customer Portal. You must confirm which items you wish to keep and which to return before the trial period ends. Failing to finalise your order by the trial period's conclusion will result in the full charge for all items to the payment method on file, at which point you accept full payment liability.

3. Customer Liability for Product Damage or Theft During Trial Period
During the trial period, you are responsible for the care and security of the products. In the event of damage beyond normal wear or theft, you will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement as determined by the brand's specific policy. Please refer to the brand's terms for detailed information on liability and charges.

4. Returns and Unreturned Items
To avoid charges, you must initiate the return of any unwanted items through our Customer Portal before the end of the trial period, ensuring that they are in original condition. If a sample of the item was provided by the store, the returned item must be unopened. Items must be posted within 3 days after completing the order. Failing to return items within this timeframe will result in a charge to your provided payment method for the full order amount.

5. Damaged Returns
Merchants reserve the right to charge for items that are returned in a damaged state. If a sample of the item was provided by the store, returned items must be unopened to avoid charges. Items returned damaged, or otherwise not in their original condition may incur charges according to the merchant’s returns policy.

6. Failed Payment Process
Should your payment fail upon processing post-trial period, we will contact you for alternative payment methods. Non-payment after multiple attempts may lead to actions permissible by law, including debt recovery efforts.

7. Try Restocking Fee / Return Label Fee
You agree that a non-refundable Restocking Fee may be charged if you decide to return some or all items from your order. The specific fee amount and conditions under which it is applied depend on the terms set by the brand.

8. Debt Recovery
Should there be any outstanding amounts that we are unable to collect through our standard processes, you acknowledge that we may engage a third-party debt collection service to manage the recovery of these funds. You will be responsible for any additional fees associated with the collection of the debt.

9. Data Privacy and Security
Your personal and payment information will be saved and stored by Shopify in accordance with their terms and conditions. Payment details will be removed upon the completion of the order, except as necessary to process any payments related to your TBYB order.

10. Dispute Resolution and Liability
In the event of a disagreement arising from the use of the Try Before You Buy (TBYB) service, the dispute will be addressed following the guidelines in our Dispute Resolution Policy. Try with Mirra holds no liability for transactions and interactions between customers and participating brands, including product conditions, fulfilment of orders, and returns.

11. Amendments to the Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such amendments will become effective immediately upon posting on our website or via direct notification to you.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Try with Mirra is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Communication Consent
By using the Try Before You Buy (TBYB) service provided by Try with Mirra, you consent to receive email newsletters, promotional materials, texts, and other similar communications from Try with Mirra and its affiliated brands or partners. These communications may include but are not limited to product updates, special offers, and marketing campaigns. You understand that you can opt out of receiving these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the messages or by contacting us directly at the email address support@trywithmirra.com.
We may contact you to request feedback on your experience to help us improve our service.

14. Brand-Specific Terms
While these terms outline the general conditions for using the Try with Mirra TBYB service, additional or brand-specific terms may apply depending on the brand you are shopping with. It is your responsibility to review the specific terms provided by the brand on their website to ensure you understand any additional conditions that may affect your order.

The brand and/or Try with Mirra reserves the right to remove access to the Try Before You Buy service or decline orders at our discretion. Repeatedly ordering and returning the same item will not be permitted.
