ONLINE RETURNS
• All full priced items must be returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date.
• All sale items must be returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
• The Return Period starts from the delivery date, including items awaiting collection at a postal office. The return window is not extended based on the collection date, and it is the customer's responsibility to collect the item promptly.
• Return shipping is a varied fee and calculated
in the portal. An Invoice will be emailed to you, once paid you can print the
shipping label. Alternately you can choose your own carrier.
• All Outlet items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.

This is a very flattering, well-made dress. Unlike other brands that sell easy-care jersey garments, the print on this fabric is elegant (as opposed to gaudy). The dress is $50 more than that other brand charges for a long-sleeve dress but for that you are getting a more sophisticated print. This is a crepe jersey but thick enough to provide a layer of warmth in winter. (I always wear a coat over my dress when I go outdoors in Winter anyway). I will be wearing it in the office and to events.
