Duties & Taxes
For most international destinations, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no additional charges on delivery.
For New Zealand and any destination where duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

ONLINE RETURNS
• All full priced items must be returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date.
• All sale items must be returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
• The Return Period starts from the delivery date, including items awaiting collection at a postal office. The return window is not extended based on the collection date, and it is the customer's responsibility to collect the item promptly.
• Return shipping is a varied fee and calculated
in the portal. An Invoice will be emailed to you, once paid you can print the
shipping label. Alternately you can choose your own carrier.
• All Outlet items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.
MIRRA TRY AT HOME RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• Try at Home orders must be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
• You must use the Mirra Dashboard link provided at the time of purchase to initiate your return or exchange.
• This service is only available within Australia.
• Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, with tags attached.
