• All full priced items must be returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date.
• All sale items must be returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
• The Return Period starts from the delivery date, including items awaiting collection at a postal office. The return window is not extended based on the collection date, and it is the customer's responsibility to collect the item promptly.
• Return shipping is a varied fee and calculated

The Maddison Dress in Raspberry was the perfect choice for a coastal chic wedding theme on the Gold Coast. It was so comfortable to wear and incredibly flattering - I received so many compliments throughout the night. A shout out to Sophie also for terrific after sales service. When I ordered just before Easter I didnt realise that Aus Post may take longer than usual. A panicked call to Sacha Drake HO, when I was worried the dress wouldnt arrive in time, was quickly actioned. The dress did in fact arrive in time however Sophie was preparing to move mountains to get the dress to me for the event if it didnt turn up in time. Fabulous service. I was really grateful and impressed.
