ONLINE RETURNS

• All full priced items must be returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date.

• All sale items must be returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

• The Return Period starts from the delivery date, including items awaiting collection at a postal office. The return window is not extended based on the collection date, and it is the customer's responsibility to collect the item promptly.

• Return shipping is a varied fee and calculated
in the portal. An Invoice will be emailed to you, once paid you can print the
shipping label. Alternately you can choose your own carrier.

• All Outlet items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.

• Try at Home orders must be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
