• All full priced items must be returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date.

• All sale items must be returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

• The Return Period starts from the delivery date, including items awaiting collection at a postal office. The return window is not extended based on the collection date, and it is the customer's responsibility to collect the item promptly.

• Return shipping is a varied fee and calculated

HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF

When you measure yourself, if possible, do so in front of the mirror so you can ensure that the tape measure is horizontally positioned around your body. Hold the tape measure close against your body but don't pull it too tight.

Handy tip: Always wear the underwear you plan to wear with the garment.

BUST

Measure the fullest part of your bust ensuring the tape measure is even and horizontal at the back across your shoulder blades.

WAIST

Your waist is the smallest part of your torso - it is usually a centimetre or so above your belly button. Wrap the tape measure around your waist, ensuring it is comfortable but not loose.

HIP

Measure around the fullest part of your bottom or at the top of your thighs, whichever is widest. Make sure the tape measure is even and horizontal at the back and again keep the measuring tape close to your body but don't pull it too tight.

    Versatile

    I’ve received my “Almost always true” dress and I couldn’t be happier. It is flattering, reversible and versatile. It had neutral tones. You can dress it up or down, depending on the occasion, by simply changing your heels to flats and adding different accessories. You can tie the stitched-in belt to the front or back and the sleeves are quite flattering too. Sacha Drake has worked her magic again!
