ONLINE RETURNS
• All full priced items must be returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date.
• All sale items must be returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
• The Return Period starts from the delivery date, including items awaiting collection at a postal office. The return window is not extended based on the collection date, and it is the customer's responsibility to collect the item promptly.
• Return shipping is a varied fee and calculated
in the portal. An Invoice will be emailed to you, once paid you can print the
shipping label. Alternately you can choose your own carrier.
• All Outlet items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.

• Try at Home orders must be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

First time Sacha Drake customer and so I wasn't sure of the sizing. Also wasn't sure how this might fit a woman who isn't big busted. I wondered if the chest might sit too openly and the shoulder might sit as though they were falling off my shoulders. Yet, the tie waist makes the waist and upper part very customisable and it fit beautifully once tied up. The material does have a sheen but not as shiny as in photos, which I like. Everything about it makes this a lovely fine dress I will save for my child's summer graduation event. Thanks!

Beautiful dress, many compliments and references to the dress that Julia Roberts wore to the polo match in pretty woman. Which is absolutely why she ‘came to live with me’, not for Polo of course, but because she is simply elegant and beautifully tailored dress. The supplied belt really is key to the outfit. Tan or white slides are a perfect match. I chose ‘old faithful’ a fold over beige clutch over a shoulder bag. Slim with no adornments so as to not to take away from the beautiful lines of this dress.
