ONLINE RETURNS
• All full priced items must be returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date.
• All sale items must be returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
• The Return Period starts from the delivery date, including items awaiting collection at a postal office. The return window is not extended based on the collection date, and it is the customer's responsibility to collect the item promptly.
• Return shipping is a varied fee and calculated
in the portal. An Invoice will be emailed to you, once paid you can print the
shipping label. Alternately you can choose your own carrier.
• All Outlet items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.

• Try at Home orders must be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

Hesitated before buying because I mistakingly thought the fabric ,being water resistant , would be stiffer . It is actually soft and drapes well. Packs down small . Great for an extra layer in wet or dry weather. Smart coat. Bought size 16 to be able to wear over my SD jackets or can cinch in to smaller size of layered over a blouse or dress. This will be in my suitcase for my next trip .
