ONLINE RETURNS
• All full priced items must be returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date.
• All sale items must be returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
• The Return Period starts from the delivery date, including items awaiting collection at a postal office. The return window is not extended based on the collection date, and it is the customer's responsibility to collect the item promptly.
• Return shipping is a varied fee and calculated
in the portal. An Invoice will be emailed to you, once paid you can print the
shipping label. Alternately you can choose your own carrier.
• All Outlet items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.

I purchased this jacket a little while ago and am still adoring it. I thought I would add that I am 70 and a bit of an apple shape. I am normally a 16 and purchased the 18 to allow more room for my broad shoulders I have blond / grey hair and a slightly tanned complexion . I have literally had people stop me to comment on how lovely this is and where did I purchase it ( as well as the fairy nook jacket) . I do wear it with a Sachas orange knitted top under though I think the coral one would work just as well.

The colour of this jacket is so beautiful. I found you could wear quite a few different shades of colour with this jacket.
Fits beautifully on the top of my hips so it sets off my jeans nicely. You can wear this jacket casually during the day or dress it up for night time. The fit is perfect. I ordered a size 12 and it was so perfect you would think I had it specially made.
