Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in our reputation for quality. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your new purchase, we will gladly assist you with an exchange or refund that meet our return conditions outlined below.

How to return

STEP 1

Review our return conditions below to ensure your return meets our requirements.

STEP 2

Submit your return via our Returns Portal using your order number & email address or phone number.

Step 3

Follow the prompts within the portal to lodge a return for an exchange, refund or store credit.

STEP 4

You will receive an email notification to post your items back to head office.

STEP 5

Once we've received your item, we will process it and you will receive an email notification regarding your exchange, refund or credit note.

• Returns must include your invoice included with your order.

• All full priced items must be returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date.

• All sale items must be returned to us within 7 days from the delivery date.

• All Outlet items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or refund.

• The item/s was purchased from SACHA DRAKE online.

• The item/s must be in their original condition, unaltered, no pins/tape attached, unused/unworn and unwashed, with all tags, labels and hanging ties still attached.

• Garments that have been soiled with anything including make-up, deodorant marks, cigarette smoke or body odour will not be accepted for exchange or refund & will be returned to sender.

If your return meets our conditions outlined above, you can choose to return for Exchange, Refund, or Store Credit.

Exchange

• Exchange your item for a different size in the same style or a different style of the same or lesser value.

Note: If you want to exchange your item for another of higher value, please select 'exchange for store credit' and repurchase from our store.

Refund

• Refunds will be made in the same manner as original payment (excluding postage fee).

Store Credit

• Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and is valid for 3 years on future purchases. You will receive this via email.

• Clearance/Outlet Items marked as FINAL SALE in the product description are not eligible for Exchange or Refund unless deemed as faulty.

• Due to health reasons, Earrings & Makeup are not able to be returned unless faulty or wrongly described.

• You can submit a return for a damaged or faulty* item through our returns portal. You will be required to upload an image after selecting 'damaged or faulty item' as your return reason.

• We will review your request within 2 business days and notify you via email of next steps.

• Approved requests will be sent a free shipping label.

*SACHA DRAKE garments are made with luxury quality fabrics and need to be handled with care to ensure a long lifespan of that garment. Pulled threads are not the responsibility of the manufacturer. Please take care with jewellery, handbags, car seatbelts, and rough surfaces, all of which can rub and snag the fabric. Garments with pilling are not deemed as faulty. Always check the care label sewn into the garment for how to care for your garment. Any garments suspected to be faulty must be returned to SACHA DRAKE Head Office for review.

• You will be notified via email when we receive your item. We will aim to process your return within 2 business day.

• Please allow 7 - 10 business days for refunds to show in your account.

If your return meets our return conditions, we will process it via the original payment method.

AFTERPAY

If you want to exchange for something of the same value, you will continue to pay the original Afterpay order.

If you have paid via Afterpay, you will be refunded via Afterpay.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your funds to show in your account.

PAYPAL

Returns and exchanges will be processed via the original Payment method being PayPal.

If you have purchased a Full Priced garment IN-STORE, you are eligible to exchange it for another item or store credit within 7 days of purchase. We do not accept refunds on purchases for change of mind unless deemed faulty. We do not accept returns or exchanges for Sale or Sample product.

ONLINE refunds are to be processed through our Returns Portal here. You can exchange through our portal or at one of our 3 Brisbane Boutiques.
