How much is postage within Australia?
To keep things nice and simple we charge $10 flat rate per order. We use Australia Post ‘Express Post Satchels’ so that your parcel can be tracked en route from us to you.
How much is postage overseas?
If you place your order outside of Australia we calculate the postage and clearly display it in AUD$ before you check-out. Our postage rates are broken down depending on the Zone that you live in:

We send international orders by International Express Courier so that your order can be tracked en route.
Please be aware any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made.
Items shipped overseas are exclusive of Australian GST, currently at the rate of 10%.
When will my parcel arrive?
You should receive your order within 10 working days. For international orders please allow up to 21 days.
We generally process orders within 3 business days from the time you submit your order to us and we will send you an email to let you know your parcel is on its way. Orders received after midday will be processed the following working day. We will advise if delivery of your parcel will be delayed for any reason.
Goods will be despatched once payment has been processed, and payment is only taken when the order is ready to be despatched.
Delivery within Australia is generally within 7 days, depending on where you live. Locations outside metropolitan areas may take slightly longer.
For safety reasons, and also to ensure you are not disappointed with any delivery delays, we recommend you have your order sent to a business address. If your parcel is being delivered to your home address please ensure that someone is available to receive the package.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes - all our parcels are sent with tracking numbers so you can keep an eye on your order and follow its journey from our door to yours! Your postal tracking number is automatically included on your email confirmation.
What happens if my parcel doesn't arrive or it's damaged in transit?
Please let us know. We do everything we can to locate your parcel. Australia Post are notified and a formal delivery enquiry is lodged.
If you parcel has been damaged in transit, you will need to return the parcel to SACHA DRAKE for inspection - this assists us with the formal enquiry to Australia Post.
If Australia Post are found to have lost your parcel or the parcel has been damaged in transit, we will take responsibility and refund you or supply a replacement if available, once the investigation has been closed.
If your parcel has been lost due to an incorrect address submitted online or via email, SACHA DRAKE is not liable and will not refund or supply a replacement. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their delivery address is correct.
